About
"Inside - Out" is a piece about the flow between the inner world and the surroundings.. Perceptions, impressions and emotions, translated into movement to explore, express and communicate.
The eyes and the hands are a means of expression from within and are also receptors for impressions and sensations from the surrounding, they are an instrument for giving and receiving.
The loose hair is a protective veil but also a symbol of freedom.
It is about being one-self, in touch with your feelings and at the same time being receptive and keep communicating with the outside world.
